What the rate covers
- Villa manager, speaks fluent English
- Handyman on hand for pool cleaning and general villa maintenance
- Daily maid service. Each bedroom is cleaned and tidied daily along with the living spaces and outdoor areas
- Chef service. The cook will shop and prepare Thai or Western meals daily
- Welcome refreshments on arrival, a cool towel and a welcome drink
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap
- Wi-Fi internet throughout the villa
- Bed linen and towels
Charged separately
- Grocery service charge: 20 per cent service charge plus a THB 500 shopping fee
- Spa and massage: in villa treatments arranged by the manager, extra cost applies
- Airport transfer: THB 1,500
- Female only service staff: THB 3,000 per day per female staff member, please advise in advance
- Media room as a sixth sleeping space for two children: extra cost
- Weddings and events: by request only, up to 50 guests. Event fee USD $1,200, cleaning fee USD $500 per event

How many people does Villa Baan Santisuk sleep?
The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. The media room can also sleep an additional two children at extra cost. The dining table seats 10.
What does it cost to stay?
Nightly rates run from USD $1,280 in the low season to USD $3,500 over the peak Christmas and New Year period, for the whole five bedroom villa. Minimum stays are 3, 5 or 10 nights depending on the season.
Is a chef included?
Yes. A resident cook prepares Thai and simple Western meals. Meals are charged at the cost of the groceries plus a 20 per cent service charge and a THB 500 shopping fee per trip. A daily maid service, an English speaking villa manager and a handyman are also included.
Can we hold a wedding at the villa?
Yes, by request only and for a maximum of 50 guests. There is a USD $1,200 event fee and a USD $500 cleaning fee per event, and an approved event planner and caterer must be used. Guest capacity has to be confirmed with the owner beforehand.
How far is the villa from the beach and from Patong?
Two sandy beaches sit below the villa and both can be reached on foot. Naka Beach is down a jungle path and stairs, and Yae Beach is reached through the resort at the beach entrance. Patong is about 10 minutes away by car.
What are the booking terms?
A 50 per cent deposit is taken at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. One night's refundable security deposit is due before check in.
