Set over two levels, the open plan living areas include modern, stylish dining and seating with huge bifold glass doors making the most of the panoramic ocean views and tropical garden surroundings.
There is perfect indoor to outdoor flow to the deck and infinity edge pool from the lower level. Sun loungers at the pool's edge invite you to relax and unwind, with an open air sala offering the perfect place to dine while enjoying sea views and spectacular evening sunsets.
The outdoor living areas are a highlight, with two well appointed salas offering both lounge and dining spaces. The large infinity pool is surrounded by timber decking and comfortable loungers.
Five ensuite bedrooms
Five elegant, light filled bedrooms each come with private ensuite bathrooms. Three also have Balinese style outdoor shower gardens and one has its very own jacuzzi.
Each bedroom is equipped with a mini bar, security safe, phone and high speed broadband internet. The villa layout complements the attractive tropical surroundings and provides space and privacy for all guests.

Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a dining table that seats 10. The media room can sleep an additional two children at extra cost, and one baby cot and one high chair are available.

The team on site
- Villa manager, Khun Pascal, speaks fluent English
- Housemaids providing a daily service. Each bedroom is cleaned and tidied daily along with the living spaces and outdoor areas
- Resident cook available to prepare Thai and simple Western meals
- Handyman on hand for pool cleaning and general villa maintenance
- Welcome refreshments on arrival, a cool towel and a welcome drink

Meals. Prepared at the cost of the groceries plus a 20 per cent service charge and a THB 500 shopping fee per trip.
Female only service staff. If you need female only service staff, an additional THB 3,000 per day per female staff member applies. Please advise in advance so the villa can prepare accordingly.
Spa and massage. In villa spa and massage treatments can be arranged by the manager at extra cost. Airport transfer is THB 1,500.
